Performance

Both the sedan and hatchback are powered by a standard 2.0L Atkinson inline 4-cylinder engine that revs out 150 horsepower1 and 133 lb.-ft. of torque2. The Civic Sedan has a standard Continuously Variable Transmission controlling the accelerations, and since the Hatchback is a sporty vehicle, this model offers paddle shifters along with the same gearbox. While the sedan offers Econ and Normal standard drive modes, the hatchback provides an additional Sport variation. If you choose the Civic Sedan, you’ll achieve a standard 32/41/36 MPG city/hwy/combined3 fuel efficiency rating, while the Hatchback achieves a standard 30/38/34 MPG city/hwy/combined4 gas economy. 

Interior

The biggest differences between the sedan and hatchback variations of the 2025 Honda Civic are the size on the inside. The sedan option is 184.8 inches long while the hatchback provides 179 inches of length. Both vehicles have seating capabilities for up to five people so you’re able to visit your friends around Fairfax and bring others along with you. The Hatchback model, because of its athletic nature, also offers sport pedals so you’re able to tap into your wild side. This model also offers a standard leather-wrapped shift knob for further ease when you’re shifting from reverse to drive again. 

Exterior
