I’ve been doing some research to buy a Honda Pilot Touring, I went online and Krista responded immediately the next day. Her persistence and follow up, as well as her motto, “no pressure” made me go in to see the car and make up my mind about purchasing. She stated she was new, but when we got there, the SUV was pulled up to the front, and she was prepared and knew every detail about the SUV. It didn’t take long before we knew what we wanted. I recently came into Honda of Chantilly on a really busy Saturday to get a replacement key for my (new to me) Odyssey. I didn’t think that the service department would have the availability to get the key programmed and inquired about coming later in the week. The service advisor Tommy Pickles that had greeted me saw that I was with my son and that understood that I didn’t have a lot of availability. He let me know that they would get the key programmed for me immediately without the need to return at a later date. He showed me to the children’s play area and showed me where I could grab a cup of coffee. We waited for less than a half hour which was amazing that they could get my van completed so quickly. When my vehicle was returned to me it was cleaner than when I dropped it off, and quicker than I thought would be possible. While I was paying, I asked a technician that was walking by if he could answer a few questions for me as I just purchased the van and was not familiar. The technician, Jeremy Compton walked out to my van with me and was extremely knowledgeable. I had some functional questions, some maintenance questions, and general questions. He took the time to answer everything. While he was helping me get to know my Odyssey I even discovered that he was the technician that programmed my key for me and did it quickly as I was on a time crunch. Between Jeremy and Tommy I felt totally at home at Honda of Chantilly and look forward to years of continued service with them. Thanks again to everyone at Honda of Chantilly for making my experience such a great one.

We had been looking for a commuter car and visited a few dealerships. We decided to stop by Honda of Chantilly as we had seen a few cars online we were interested in and had been working with Shadane Williams (Sales Associate) and Shawn Walker (Sales Manager). When we arrived, Shadane pulled the keys to the cars we were interested in and showed us the differences in models. He was very knowledgable in everything we asked. During the process he even helped keep our two small sons entertained. Shawn was able to work out a great deal for us and get into payments we felt comfortable with. He was very patient with us as we went back on forth on which vehicle we wanted to purchase. At the end of the day we ended up with a Honda Civic that had everything in it that we wanted. Everyone at the dealership was enjoyable to interact with and we never felt pressured by Shadane or Shawn. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I recommend working with them both. I was looking for a car for my son as a Christmas present. Being his first car the staff was awesome. I typically hate dealing with car sales people and finance managers but this very pleasant no pressure no scare tactics. They were upfront with the pricing and made no qualms nor hard pushes about ancillary add on extended service and warranty. Very reasonably priced relative to other cars I’ve purchased in the past. Car buying experience was excellent. We argued and haggled over the course of 2 days, but I know this is/was part of the 'game'. They finally met me at the price I thought was very fair. Borna was our salesman and he was very professional, upbeat and respectful. We had shopped around and ran into a few unsavory dealerships where the service was rude and they were confrontational. And there IS a difference between a negotiation and a confrontation, the 2 dont have to be related. Anyway Borna was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend asking for him. Chantilly Honda is a clean and well laid out dealership with quite a large inventory/selection. I would definitely do business with them again.

We gave one a test drive, while J. Lim pointed out driver assist features. We agreed to a great price. This review is primarily about Nick Linton, a salesman at Honda of Chantilly. Within the last two weeks I've searched for a new that will serve me well in retirement for my trips to the local store or travels across the country. Considering my older age, I really wanted this decision to be perfect. As I explored the possibilities it became more, not less difficult due to the multitude of choices. I listened, talked, motored, ran calculations, and drank coffee with probably a dozen car salesmen in the Northern Virginia area in the last few weeks and Nick Linton stands out among them all. Accompanied by a car enthusiast friend, we were introduced to this fresh and friendly face and assured that "he would take care of us." As we began to sort out the nature of my desired car it became evident to us all that the search would not be easy, nevertheless, Nick was patient as could be and an incredibly effective listener. He knew the inventory well and discussed the pros and cons and which vehicles would or wouldn't fit in my wish-list. Nick was not hesitant to return to the manager multiple times in his effort to make the best deal possible for me. He didn't linger with the manager, either, as I have often seen, leaving the customer to brew over the conversation they cannot hear. He would always return promptly with usually good news about a price. Some of the prices were actually much lower than I expected them to be, but it WAS late in November during a push to make space for the new models. I was impressed with Nick's manner as he worked with us. I can't recall ever dealing with a more respectful, forthright, patient salesman, and he appeared to maintain that sense of integrity during each of the three visits I made to the showroom. I observed the same with the interactions he made with others as well. Although he received several calls while we were working together, he took few, if any, not wanting to interrupt our discussions and time together.
